What a New Year experience we had! A delightful Japanese style hotel with cozy rooms, a warm bath with Jacuzzi, and a tasty Japanese-style breakfast. The location was perfect for easy access to a shopping mall and restaurants, and we especially enjoyed the kotomuziek played in the halls. The hospitality was second to none, with the staff satisfying all our wishes, including providing a table and chair for working with a laptop.
We were disappointed that laundry facilities were not available on-site as advertised. We were directed to a nearby laundromat, which proved inconvenient.

Spent my New Year's at a traditional Japanese inn. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of delicious dishes to choose from. The shared hot springs were clean and relaxing, providing a great experience. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure that everything was taken care of.
The location was a bit far from the main train station which made it difficult to get around. The limited English speaking staff made it challenging to communicate and ask for recommendations.
